BIOGRAPHY:

Vince Wright was born in 1959 in Freehold, New Jersey. With the help of a New Jersey State Scholarship that he earned, Vince achieved a B.A. in Science and Documentary Filmmaking from Cook College at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ in 1982.

He attended several American Film Institute workshops during the 1980’s while gaining experience working on various film, video and photography projects. In 1990 he completed the summer workshops at Spike Lee’s 40 Acres and a Mule Filmworks at LIU in Brooklyn, NY.

As an Emmy Award-winning writer, producer, director and host, Vince Wright, has worked on education, training and corporate video productions, commercials, nationally syndicated commercial broadcast television infotainment shows, a New Jersey PBS affiliate magazine format public affairs series, DTV broadcast and internet-based programming.

As an avid motorsports enthusiast, Vince is on a planning committee, that was spearheaded by the Cherry Hill based Vintage Racer’s Society, Inc. and the Camden County Workforce Investment Board (WIB), with the task of creating of the first annual Camden County Vintage Grand Prix Race & Festival. He is a regularly published automotive still photographer for several periodicals.

Vince is producing and directing an independent film based on a play that was written by renowned Philadelphia Playwright Carla P. Morales of Landmark Productions, LLC. Stay tuned for upcoming film, television and photography projects.
